Simon Holmes

Enterprise Partnership Manager


Simon has worked for the last 8 years in Secondary Education as a Centre Manager in a 6th form centre and latterly as a School Business Director with responsibility for Finance, Facilities Management, Health and Safety, Marketing, Catering, Human Resources and Personnel Management. Prior to this much of Simon’s work was within the Construction Industry in Training, Business Development and Marketing for a medium sized regional contractor with a £100m turnover. Simon also ran his own landscaping business for around 5 years.


As the Enterprise Partnership Manager, Simon is responsible for ensuring that we exceed all of our contract obligations for Stevenage Borough Council in relation to the BTC contract. That we continue to provide high quality financial and social returns for the Council and helping to delivering their strategy and vision for Enterprise within Stevenage.


In his spare time, Simon enjoys playing golf, socialising and watching live music. He also enjoys watching sport especially going to live sporting events.
