If you require a Registered Office address only, with no postal facilities, the monthly fee is £14.30 plus VAT. A deposit of £35.75 is also required.

Current Gas, Water or Electricity Bill (Less than 3 months old and not printed from the internet)
Current Bank or Credit Card Statement (Less than 3 month old and not printed from the internet)
Landline telephone Bill ( Less than 3 months old and not printed from the internet)
Proof of Identity:
UK Driving Licence (not expired)
Valid Passport (not expired)
Proof of Trading Address: If relevant
Current year HMRC or VAT notice
Lease agreement addressed to trading address
Business Liability or indemnity insurance certificate or schedule (valid current year)
For Limited Companies a Certificate of Incorporation is also required
In addition to this you will be required to complete a Direct Debit form and provide a proof of Bank Account
Deposit required is 2.5 months, All prices are subject to VAT.
