We have a range of offices to suit your needs including fabulous brand new workspaces that are part of the recently completed extension to the btc. Sizes range from 9m² - 80m².

The licence fee includes:

All your major items of expenditure, service charges including utilities, cleaning of communal areas, security patrols and reception service for your visitors. Discounts are also available on conference and training room hire, with free usage of an interview room for up to 5 hours per month. Other benefits are available for tenants of the btc, so call for an initial chat to find out how we can help you. Business Rates are payable to Stevenage Borough Council.
