Getting to Chells Industrial Units

Directions by car - Junction 7

If leaving the A1(m) northbound at Junction 7, take the third exit off the roundabout onto Broadhall Way, signposted the A602 and Arlington Business Park. At the next roundabout, turn left onto Gunnels Wood Road. Follow the road into the underpass and out the other side. Continue along the dual carriageway driving past the Mercedes and btc buildings on your left until you come to a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout onto the A1155, Fairlands Way. Follow the A1155, Fairlands Way for approximately 1.5 miles by going over a roundabout and following the road on a gradual bend to the left. Take the sixth road on your right called Chells Way. The Glebe is the 6th turning on your left about 500 metres down Chells Way, just past a turning on your right called Harvey Road.

Directions by car - Junction 8

If leaving the A1(m) southbound at Junction 8, you will need to take the second exit onto Hitchin Road. Follow the road ahead and when you reach the roundabout (nr Lister Hospital) go straight over. At the next roundabout, turn right into Gunnels Wood Road and go straight over the next roundabouts. At the second roundabout turn left into the A1155, Fairlands Way. Follow the A1155, Fairlands Way for approximately 1.5 miles by going over a roundabout and following the road on a gradual bend to the left. Take the sixth road on your right called Chells Way. The Glebe is the 6th turning on your left about 500 metres down Chells Way, just past a turning on your right called Harvey Road.
