The btc has made significant investments to ensure it provides the latest telephony and broadband solutions expected from an Innovation Centre.

Broadband

Broadband is serviced with a business grade BT fibre optic lease line and every tenant receives its data connection via sophisticated hardware to manage bandwidth and provide a bespoke service to clients from a simple connection to more complex VPN's with dedicated IP addresses. The broadband service is available at different price points to suit the individual needs of different businesses.

Telephony

The comprehensive digital telephone system enables tenants to easily move in and grow during their time within the btc without the need to invest capital into a telephone system. Different handsets are available to offer different levels of functionality, coupled together with a PC application and other utilities such as ‘voicemail to email' all ensure you get the most out of your telecoms.

Analogue lines are also available for faxes and PDQ machines.
